Details:	SUMMARY: Contacted Del Regarding Installing Chlorination DETAILS: I contacted Del regarding the status of treatment installation at Indian Trail. Del had indicated that he was waiting for DWS to contact him regarding contact time requirements. I spoke with Scott Curry and then informed Del that, at this point in time, treatment for residual maintenance (and not 4 log) is required-- therefore, contact time is not an issue, and although DWS has given Indian Trail until August 21, 2017 to install treatment we would like to see treatment installed asap so that the boil water notice (still in effect) can be lifted. Given the sampling history at Indian Trail, it is expected that future TC + samples in the distribution are likely until treatment is installed-- therefore, a reduction in system score/RTC of violations/resolution of PNC status is unlikely until treatment is installed. ACTION NEEDED: DWS mandated treatment required by 8-21-17, should be installed sooner than that, if possible.
