Details:	SUMMARY: Request for Violation(s) Edit/Removal DETAILS: Ramona Quinn spoke with Mr. Ritchie (Hoodoo Corp.) and he stated the system was inactive and no visitors were present or able to use water for the month of October 2016 and, therefore, asks that we remove this violation (did not report routine coliform-Oct. 2016). A change request has been sent to DWS for seasonal system ending Sept. 30.I am also attaching a copy of lab results for nitrate for 2016, and request this violation (Chemical late/nonreporting-nitrate) be removed also, if possible. I have Ccd Chuck Michael in this as well. ACTION NEEDED: Remove violations 900753519 and 900753518 if possible.
