Details:	SUMMARY: Positive Coliform Sample DETAILS: Repeat samples from positive routine coliform samples. All three repeat samples positive for TC. Source sample also positive for TC.System is on monthly sampling for total coliform after multiple positive samples for total. April monthly routine sample was positive and operator took the three repeats and a source sample. Test results showed that all repeat samples taken on 4/17/2017 and the source were positive. ACTION NEEDED: Level 2 coliform investigation needs to be completed by operator who is maintaining the system before 5/26/2017. Continue to sample monthly according to the coliform sampling schedule. Complete plan review for chlorination system that should be installed before 6/30/2017.
