Details:	SUMMARY: Triggered Source Sample from SRC-BA and Three Distribution Repeat Samples Tested TC+ DETAILS: Triggered source sample from SRC-BA and three distribution repeat samples tested TC+. I spoke with Dannis and informed him that a Level 1 coliform investigation form would be coming in the mail. I recommended he shock chlorinate the system. He says he will call Rogue Valley Pump for assistance. He also said he would have the owner of the MHP call me. I spoke with Scott Kilpatrick, he says he will move forward with system disinfection. I e-mailed Scott the Level 1 form today. ACTION NEEDED: Level 1 coliform investigation needs to be completed within 30 days. System disinfection (shock chlorination) is recommended.
