Details: SUMMARY: Quarterly Nitrate Test Above 50% of the MCL 6.86 DETAILS: The Children’s Farm Home has elevated nitrate levels for over a decade. They have come close but never gone over the MCL. The first quarter 2017 test was at 7.13. They continue to test quarterly due to the population being children. We discussed considering going to an ion exchange system to reduce the nitrate before an MCL violation occurred. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to monitor quarterly test results.
