| Details: | SUMMARY: Water Quality Alert DETAILS: Kevin called on 6/6/17 leaving a message that routine TC samples for both the north and south systems showed coliforms present and that he was in process of adding extra chlorine, doing some flushing, and would follow with collecting some repeat samples. I returned his call and he said hed already spoken to Peter Cooley from Coos EH, but he kindly repeated his story that there had been significant down time where both systems went without pressure earlier in the month (burnt pressure switch in one case and broken 2" main line in other case) and he suspected that might be the cause. We agreed to meet on 6/14 for a system survey (combined with a level 2 coliform investigation). ACTION NEEDED: Make sure 3 repeat samples and a source sample per system is collected.Advise collecting repeat samples prior to adding additional chlorine. | ||
