Details: SUMMARY: Repeat TC+ Alert Follow Up DETAILS: All 3 repeat distribution samples TC+, well absent. System cleaned the top of the reservoirs and replaced the seal for the hatch to the steel reservoir. Also, both reservoirs were cleaned by liquavision May 11, which may have caused TC+? Dave already completed and submitted Level 1 investigation noting these possibilities and corrections. ACTION NEEDED: Normal routine sampling in July although additional samples may be taken to ensure absent for bacteria.
