| Details: | SUMMARY: WATER TREATMENT PLANT COST ESTIMATE DETAILS: The Perrydale Domestic Water Association serves a large area of rural Polk County. There are close to 800 connections and 2200 people. The Association has several wells along with a greensand water treatment plant for removal of iron. Steve Rolston contacted the Circuit Rider to review the general operations of the water system. Additionally, the water treatment plant is nearing replacement age. Mr. Rolston requested that a preliminary cost estimate be done. The Circuit Rider may be asked to assist with a funding application. Visited water system to review operations and conditions. Began cost estimation for replacement of the water treatment plant. ACTION NEEDED: Provide further assistance if requested. | ||
