| Details: | SUMMARY: GWR COMPLIANCE DETAILS: The Westridge Subdivision is a rural subdivision located north of Prineville in Crook County. The system serves 74 people through 47 connections. The source water is a well which sits close to a major irrigation canal. The water system had positive Total Coliform and e. Coli in June 2014. The Circuit Rider was contacted to aid the water system in achieving compliance with the Ground Water Rule. The water system required a measurement of contact time to determine the ability of the system to comply with the GWR through chlorine disinfection. Visited water system and performed simple contract tracer testing. Composed technical memo regarding recommendations for compliance with GWR. ACTION NEEDED: Provide further assistance with GWR compliance as needed. | ||
