Reasons: Coliform
N/A

Details: SUMMARY: Repeat TC+ Alert Follow Up DETAILS: All three repeat samples in distribution TC+. Triggered source sample absent. Called Doug with Hoodoo and they already turned the water in the campground off (USFS policy) and have chlorinated the reservoir. Reservoir floats on system and therefore often does not get enough turn-over and water can stagnate. Last week was also very hot for several days which may have contributed. Doug will take special samples next week to ensure absent for coliforms. System samples monthly so will not need additional samples in August beside normal monthly sample. Doug said he would fill out level 1 investigation and email to me asap. ACTION NEEDED: Complete level 1 investigation and submit within 30 days. Ensure all residual chlorine is gone before taking special samples. Take regular routine monthly sample in August. Look into re-plumbing reservoir to elliminate stagnant water.
