Details:	SUMMARY: CT Tracer Study DETAILS: OHA requested tracer study in most recent sanitary survey (11/22/2016). Phone Discussion with Debbie, contract operator. Discussed need for tracer study, past contacts from City requesting tracer study, necessary equipment and schedule for performing study.Discussed need for flow measurement device installed prior to study. Also discussed alternatives for flow measurement devices. ACTION NEEDED: City will re-initiate contact and schedule tracer study after flow meter is in place.
