Details:	SUMMARY: Water Quality Alert DETAILS: Talked to Kevin re: Routine sample from 7/10 showing presence of coliform. He said 3 Repeats had already been submitted on 7/12 and no feedback at this point from lab hopefully suggests results would be clean. Discussed his sampling protocol including some line flushing prior to collecting samples (clarified this was flushing of the line not just flushing the sample tap). I advised not to flush lines immediately prior to collecting Repeat samples as this may defeat the purpose of collecting Repeat samples. I offered to send him the level 2 investigation paperwork for his review and that I would expect to complete it with him in the next few days.Kevin also acknowledged receipt of the water system survey report earlier this week and believed he could accomplish the tasks in a timely way. ACTION NEEDED: Schedule and perform Level 2 coliform investigation.Collect 3 temporary routine samples in month of August.Follow-up on deficiencies identified in water system survey.
