Details:	SUMMARY: Confirmation Nitrate Sample is 9.0 ppm DETAILS: I spoke to Erica regarding the confirmation sample. The average of the two samples was 9.85 ppm. Removal of the public notice for elevated nitrates was granted. Erica was informed that the nitrate monitoring schedule would be increased to quarterly for one year. If the results are reliably and consistently below 10 ppm they could return to annual sampling in the month with the highest reading. Erica works with Becky Picton from Edge Analytical in Corvallis to conduct her sampling. I sent Erica an e-mail summary of the event and next steps. ACTION NEEDED: Send chemical sampling schedule change to compliance. Wait for the next set of test results for 3rd quarter 2017.
