| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+, Repeats & Level 1 Investigation DETAILS: Alert ID: COLI17014 & COLI17037Routine (8/8/17) TC+ followed by 2 of 3 Repeat samples and source sample TC+ (8/9/17). The initial TC+ was reported to HRC-HD on 8/9/17. We contacted the operator (Jeff) via phone and left a message. We also communicated via e-mail.HRC-HD continued to communicate with Jeff & Edan via e-mail. Results of the 8/9/17 samples arrived on 8/11/17. Edan conducted a level 1 investigation. The investigation report was reviewed by Ian on 8/11/17 and submitted to DWS that day.No cause of the TC+ samples was identified. It is possible that the source is contaminated (as was the previous well in approximately the same location). ACTION NEEDED: Wyeth shall sample according to their coliform sampling plan (one distribution sample each calendar month). No public notice required. | ||
