Details:	SUMMARY: TC+ Alert Follow Up for Positive Assessment Sample DETAILS: Annual assessment sample from well #2 positive. Well #1 and routine distribution sample absent. Discussed with Gene. System has UV units for both wells to address sporadic total coliforms. Gene will ensure both wells are in good condition and UV treatment working properly. ACTION NEEDED: Continued routine and annual assessment monitoring.
