Details:	SUMMARY: New Operator Needing Sampling Schedule DETAILS: Missy Endicott, secretary at Eddyville Charter School, called to get up to date sampling requirments. Principal Jennifer Johnson is no longer at Eddyville School and not sure of replacement at this time. Interim superintendant Clint Raever is also the principal at Toledo High School. New Principal is Stacy Knudson.Summary of monitoring requirements:1. Coliform bacteria –Quarterly2. Lead and Copper – every 6 months – 10 samples samples taken at specific locations--if last sample locations are not known, call me.3. DBP (Disinfection by products) – sample once a year from staff room sink. Next test due in September 2017 for both TTHM and HAA5. DBP = Total Haloacetic Acids (HAA5) and Total Trihalomethanes (TTHM).Also stated that Water Quality Parameters need to be submitted by the 10th of the following month. School has the blank sheets for entry point and distribution submitted June . There was not sampling in July as nobody was at the school. Will submit August by 10th of September. ACTION NEEDED: Samples for DBP and Coliform due in September and Lead and Copper by December 2017.
