| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine TC+ Alert Follow Up DETAILS: Routine coliform 8/31 positive. Received call from operator Butch on 9/1 that sample would likely be positive. Discussed resampling. Butch took 3 repeats and two triggered 9/2 and two in distribution tc+. Source samples absent. Butch said he fixed two leaks in pumphouse and by pasture and chlorinated after but is still likely the cause. I emailed Butch level one investigation. ACTION NEEDED: Complete and submit level one investigation within 30 days. Butch said he will chlorinate and flush again. Continue monthly sampling (September since original sample was still in August) to ensure absent for bacteria. | ||
