Details:	SUMMARY: Routine TC+ Alert Follow Up DETAILS: Routine monthly coliform 9/5 positive. Called Terry 9/7 pm and he had already taken 3 repeats and triggered. Central Oregon is experiencing week 2 of extremely hazardous smoke conditions due to several forest fires? Discussed level 1 investigation if any repeats positive. No more PN for total and no temp routines the following month. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results to dictate further action.
