Details:	SUMMARY: Contacted the water system regarding five violations for late reporting. DETAILS: Contacted the water system operator, Matt Lydon, about violations for Late/Nonreporting (i.e., monthly SWTR, DBPs and chemical). Mr. Lydon thought that either the lab or the water system had submitted the reports on time. He explained that the reports were sent by mail and wanted to know if there was a better way to submit reports. Mr. Lydon was provided the email address for DMCE monitoring and reporting mailbox. ACTION NEEDED: Submit copies of late reports and future monitoring reports on time using the DMCE email address that was provided to the system and save all email received receipts.
