| Details: | SUMMARY: The Following is a Narrative of my Effort to Assist System in Returning to Compliance With Testing DETAILS: I contacted Peter in an attempt to reduce the system score of Come N Go Market. Peter notified me that the store has been purchased by Platinum Energy as of 3/31/17. He said he would contact the new owner for me and give them my info and ask them to contact me. He was unwilling to share the new info with me.4/12/17 - Peter contacted me to ask if I had been contacted by the new owner. I had not. I asked for the contact info again and he said he was driving and would contact me back with the info. He did not.4/13/17 - I attempted to contact Peter by phone.4/14/17 - I reached Peter by phone. He requested a lab list from me. I sent him the list of accredited water labs.4/19/17 - I was contacted by Peter on a three-way call with a water lab. By the end everyone was on the same page for what is required of the system to regain compliance with testing. Peter was arranging for bottles and payment when I left the call.4/28/17 - Test Results in: Arsenic Positive. See next Contact report. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with Goldenwest Solutions Group, the store owners, and the PIC at the store, lease holder Elizabeth Acevedo regarding testing requirements and arsenic. | ||
