Details:	SUMMARY: IDSE Completed DETAILS: 3/20/17 @ 2:00 PM – Attempted to contact Ms. Karrle. Left Message for Ms. Karrle to contact us back.3/31/17 – We were contacted by Ms. Karrle, she explained the problems they were encountering. We sent Ms. Karrle our email contact information so she could forward the OHA letter from Mr. Bill Goss. This letter states the need for testing since the installation of the Chlorination Treatment system and the need to perform coliform bacteria testing and IDSE to determine the long-term Stage 2 Disinfection Byproduct (DBP) sample locations. The IDSE sampling is to be completed during the warmest month of 2017.4/11/17 & 4/13/17 – Art Allen contacted Ms. Karrle about the need to have mapping and data about the Fischer’s Place Mobile Home Park water system. Received from Ms. Karrle the Standard Monitoring EPA form for the IDSE study.4/14/17 – Ms. Karrle provided via email site mapping and photos with a brief description of the operation of this water system. Now waiting for the hottest month (July) before performing the IDSE study. ACTION NEEDED: Need to complete the IDSE Standard Monitoring Plan and testing, during the hottest month of 2017.
