Details:	SUMMARY: Source Well Issues DETAILS: 4/21/17 – I spoke with Eddie Montgomery regarding positive tests for coliform. The system was shocked with chlorine and tested and still tested positive for coliform.After further investigation, it was concluded that the existing well is being contaminated from the septic system that is onsite. Located adjacent to the well is grass pasture that is utilized for the leach lines of the septic system. With this proximity to the well it appears to be polluting the well and is likely the cause of the positive coliform tests.Based on the information collected we recommend that an ultraviolent germicidal irradiation (UV) system install sized for the water demands for the restroom. ACTION NEEDED: None.
