| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ Repeat Alert Follow Up DETAILS: Two of 3 repeat samples following 9/18 positive routine TC+. Called John and he had already submitted level 1 investigation. There was some recent work done on a water main and the vent was missing a screen. These items were noted during a recent survey. Well pump is going to be replaced very soon and possibly remove the reservoir from the system. We discussed waiting until work is complete and system chlorinated and flushed before taking 3 temporary routines in October. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 temp routines in October. If replacing pump and/or removing reservoir, chlorinate and flush well and system after work is complete. Take a special sample to ensure chlorine and flushing removed any contaminants then take 3 temp routines. | ||
