Details:	SUMMARY: Routine Sample Collected 6-29-17 Tested TC+ DETAILS: 7-3-17 - Spoke with Cindy on phone on 7/3/17. She stated that she was notified late afternoon on Friday and could not get repeat samples in to lab on Friday. She said that she is the only one working today and could not get samples in until July 5th due to holiday. she understands that she is out of compliance for not getting repeat samples in on time.7-5-17 - Mike Obereigner: I spoke with Cindy and informed her that in addition to the triggered source and three distribution repeats due today that three temp routines are due this calendar month. ACTION NEEDED: Needs to submit repeat samples to lab.
