Details:	SUMMARY: Contacted system regarding repeat coliform samples that tested positive for coliform. DETAILS: Contacted the water system operator, Waiyen Yogi Yee, regarding the two repeat coliform samples that tested positive for coliform. Mr. Yee was aware of the positive samples and he was planning to conduct the Level 1 investigation and then shock chlorinate the system. ACTION NEEDED: Complete the Level 1 Investigation and collect three temporary routine samples during the month of November.
