Details:	SUMMARY: Survey Follow-up DETAILS: Operator called and let us know that they forgot to take the 3rd quarter coliform sample. Instructed operator to just take the 4th quarter coliform sample.The buried fuel tank has been removed. When DEQ has certification of project completion the significant deficiency will be removed. ACTION NEEDED: DEQ certification required to certify completion of project.
