Details:	SUMMARY: Water Quality Alert DETAILS: Routine sample collected on 10/18 showed coliform present. Advised Ms. Holmberg to collect repeat samples as soon as practical which in this case appeared to be Monday. (1) sample from the tap used on 10/18, (2) another slightly upstream in the system, (3) another slightly downstream plus (4) a sample from the wellhead. Please call back if results showed more bacteria present.Ms. Holmberg said her spouse was looking at UV systems at a retailer to assure water was safe. I suggested to consider that further if coliform was found in repeat sample(s) and in that event to call to discuss results and options further. As she wanted to know more about the plan review process so needs could be met, I gave her the plan review number at 971-673-0450. I told her I could also give her the website where plan review guidance was available. She said she would get that info from me if calling the number left her wanting for info. ACTION NEEDED: Collect a source sample plus 3 repeat samples.
