Details:	SUMMARY: TG+ Alert Follow Up DETAILS: Triggered sample following 10/23 routine positive. All 3 distribution samples absent. Called Devan and he thinks it may be the sampling tap in the pumphouse. System has been closed since 10/15 and will re-open in April and do spring start-up. Sent level one investigation. Discussed taking routine samples in distribution and triggered samples at the well. ACTION NEEDED: Complete level one investigation and return within 30 days. Complete spring start up procedure before opening in 2018.
