Details: SUMMARY: Arsenic MCL Alert DETAILS: I called and spoke with Alex. He was aware of the detection and said he is going to purchase new media for the arsenic filters and that he is also working with a water treatment company to begin managing this WS. The WS is overdue for submitting a compliance plan as required by a recent AO for exceeding the arsenic MCL. Alex said they issued a PN and that he is working on another one. I asked him to email me a copy. I reminded Alex about the requirements of the AO issued on 9/13/17. WS is required to monitor monthly for arsenic. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on monthly monitoring, PN and AO.
