Details:	SUMMARY: Non Reporting DETAILS: Violation 902682229Happy Hollow has given up on following rules/directions. Ive had no communication with them in over a year. Box Water Labs has, as a courtesy, been taking samples, but Happy Hollow owes them a lot of money. Box R has stopped taking samples until they pay. No one knows who is paying the electric on the well, but people still pay for the water, but no one knows where it goes. ACTION NEEDED: None.
