| Details: | SUMMARY: MPA Test DETAILS: MPA testing per protocol outlined by Grants Pass Water Lab, was conducted 9-26-17. The testing apparatus was connected to the spigot inside the pumphouse with a bypass connected, to allow the pump to run continuously without overheating. The pump was switched to manual operation, and the test began at 2:25pm flowing at approximately 1gpm per a 5-minute bucket test, adjusting the manual ball valve as required to achieve the desired flow rates.The testing ran overnight, and the sample was collected at 11:15am 9-27-17. The sample was packaged as per the protocol and delivered directly to the Grants Pass Water Lab in Grants Pass Oregon at 12:19pm, 9-27-17.The MPA test results and invoice were emailed to Jared Sylvester at Civil West Engineering Services, and then forwarded to Matt Wadlington of Civil West’s Albany office, and Sean Stevenson of the Oregon Health Authority. ACTION NEEDED: Per a phone conversation with Sean Stevenson on 10-4-17, the preferred lab should have been Analytical Laboratories Inc, Boise ID. Past testing for Fern Valley has been conducted at that lab, and for consistency, all further testing should be submitted to this lab. | ||
