Details:	SUMMARY: Correction of Significant Deficiency DETAILS: The firm does not require plan review for the Culligan Sulfur Cleer system. It was explained by Culligan that the chlorine used for the Sulfur Cleer system is only used to clean the media in the tank and is flushed out of the tank during the backwash cycle. No chlorine enters the distribution system. The firm sent this information to me on 12/21/2017 and the operations manual for the system was added to the firms operations and maintenance manual. This corrects the two significant deficiencies noted in the Water System Survey conducted August 8th, 2017. ACTION NEEDED: None.
