Details:	SUMMARY: Complaint Investigation DETAILS: Summer contacted phone duty with a host of wide-ranging concerns involving milky-looking water and other aesthetic issues with her water. Summer noted that illness as well. Summer noted that water quality seemed particularly bad in the Aug-Oct. timeframe. Billing questions were another issue. Noted that tastes and odors are not good indicators of water quality. Advised that she could consult with a lab for chlorine and coliform testing. Water system’s most current reporting indicates that system is meeting standards (turbidity, CT, etc.) Noted that during late summer could be a time when algae affects tastes and odors, but it should not make anyone sick. Noted that billing questions should be directed to the water system, as our office does not regulate this. . ACTION NEEDED: Water system should follow-up and try to address concerns of the customer.
