Details:	SUMMARY: follow up to survey deficiency correction DETAILS: Spoke with Steve about the survey deficiencies noted during the survey on 10/2/17. The operations and maintenance manual and no protocol for under-certified operator were corrected on 11/7/17. An extension request was put in for correcting the final deficiency - set back violation near well #1. This is in regards to the diesel storage tank for the emergency generator that does not have any secondary containment. The system is planning on pouring an appropriate concrete pad for this purpose. The extension till 8/28/18 was granted. ACTION NEEDED: Complete the correction of the final item before 8/28/18. Photo documentation will be needed.
