Details:	SUMMARY: Routine Coliform Violation DETAILS: Violation No. 903222807Mr. Casey Nielsen emailed me seeking assistance to clarify the reason why they received a violation for not reporting the routine sample for the last quarter of 2017. To demonstrate that the sample was collected within the last quarter of 2017, he included in his email a copy of the Coliform reporting form faxed to the lab on 12-15-17. I advised Mr. Nielsen to contact the laboratory to seek clarification. After contacting the lab, Mr. Nielsen emailed me back to inform me that it was the lab’s mistake. The lab reported the test on the incorrect location number. ACTION NEEDED: Mr. Nielsen stated in his email the lab is now working on a notice of correction for DWS.
