| Details: | SUMMARY: Level 2 Coliform Investigation Corrective Actions DETAILS: ODA was notified by email on 2-12-18 that the remaining corrective actions noted during the Level 2 coliform Investigation conducted on 1-10-18 have been completed, specifically-- the system elected to use one of the hand washing sinks behind the counter as a sampling location and replaced the swivel faucet with a non-swivel faucet on 2-2-18-- the coliform sampling plan completed on 2-2-18 includes all required information and none of the sampling locations listed in the plan have swivel faucets-- the cartridge style water filter was replaced with a new one on 2-1-18. It was determined that the cartridgewater filter was located downstream of a raw water sample tap so the sample tap closest to the well head will not be used as a raw water sample tap and does not need to be repositioned in order to obtain source samples in a sanitary manner. Additionally, the system elected to install a Viqua Pro 30 UV Disinfection System due to the recent positive total coliform bacteria test results. ACTION NEEDED: NA | ||
