| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Sample TC+ DETAILS: I spoke with Mary Lou about the repeat + sample. She said that the sample was taken from a swivel faucet. She also said that the lab was closed from Dec. 23-26, so she was able to take the samples prior to the deadline. Operator had chlorinated the well recently hoping to correct the problem. The Circuit Rider is working with her on options such as residual maintenance by chlorine injection. I will be meeting with the operator to conduct a Level 2 Investigation on January 10. ACTION NEEDED: Complete the Level 2 Investigation. | ||
