| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 7/3/17 DETAILS: I called & spoke with the owner of the park. I let her know about the positive total coliform sample. I let her know to be sure to take a source sample at each well head & 3 repeat samples in the distribution. She said that she would contact the lab to schedule the follow up sampling. I reminded her that she needs a certified operator for the system. She has been in contact with several companies to find an operator. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. | ||
