| Details: | SUMMARY: RT Coli+ From Kitchen Sink DETAILS: Alica called prior to receiving the alert. The system had a routine sample coliform positive. Alica said they normally take it from the office sink but this time she took it from her kitchen sink which has a swivel faucet. I educated her about the issues with swivel faucets containing bacteria. If the tests show just the kitchen sink is positive this will just show the individual sample site is the cause and can be invalidated. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 3 repeat samples in the distribution and one from each well. The system has three wells and Alica thought they were all in use. | ||
