| Details: | SUMMARY: Water Quality Alert DETAILS: Spoke to Craig Bennett to confirm results for the current quarter arsenic sample had been received and results continued to show an elevated level.Reminded Craig (1) to maintain quarterly sampling, (2) continue to look for options to make arsenic at an acceptable level, (3) obtain plan approval via DWS on an arsenic removal system, and (4) provide public notice on a 90 day basis until arsenic is at an acceptable level below the MCL.I reminded Craig to prioritize plan review for well #3, arsenic removal and the top four items listed in last years water system survey letter and then the other items in the survey letter afterward.Craig stated his interest in seeing the work completed and also that the circuit rider, Civil West, was providing direction on the plan review process. ACTION NEEDED: (1) - (4) above. | ||
