Details:	SUMMARY: Incorrect Reporting of LT2 Results by Lab BSK Associates DETAILS: GP-Wauna submitted an LT2 report for February 2018 samples which included all dilutions performed by the laboratory BSK Associates WA100008. As previously instructed, for the LT2 rule the laboratory needs to select the best result from all dilutions so that only one value is reported for each sample. I let Hayley know that I would be contacting the lab and have them revise the report. ACTION NEEDED: Contact Renea Rangel/BSK Associates.
