Details:	SUMMARY: Complaint - Depoe Bay tells subdivision booster pump their responsibility DETAILS: Complaint that Depoe Bay has informed residents of Eastridge Subdivision that the booster pump for their neighborhood is their financial responsibility (pay power and maintenance) because plan review was not final. Subdivision lots on individual meters (no master meter) and there is no legal agreement that the subdivision is a purchasing system. Left voice mail for Brady Weidner that Depoe Bay is responsible, regardless of whether plan review is final or not. ACTION NEEDED: email Tia Skerbeck
