Details: SUMMARY: Routine Sample Positive for Total Coliform DETAILS: This situation is on-going. Have had numerous conversations with the new owner (system changed owner in January 2018) about the coliform situation. We discusssed replacing the distribution pipes leading to the kitchen. During the months of November and December 2017 the system was heavily shock chlorinated 3x by myself and the previous owner Scott Wilson. As of now the system is completing its monthly coliform testing requirments. The system did complete a level 2 coliform investigation and submitted it to the state in December 2017. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to sample monthly and submit a PN for the coliform tests.
