Details:	SUMMARY: WSS Significant Deficiencies DETAILS: The system has not been collecting the AS because the AS schedule was never entered on the sampling schedule so therefore it should not have been marked as a Significant Deficiency.They understand this is now a requirement and will be taking the yearly sample. I have contacted Carrie Gentry about plan review. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to sample as required.
