| Comments: SOURCE: Well terminates below grade. If vault contains standing water, or if the PWS begins experiencing coliform problems, this situation may require correction. DISTRIBUTION: Suggest labeling/checking pipes and connections in Control Room and elsewhere to be clear about which are part of the active water system (versus disconnected from previous arrangement). Also, cap all stray connections to current system to decrease potential sources of contamination. MONITORING: Missed 2007 nitrate sample. M & O: No Operations and Maintenance Manual.
