| Comments: The deficiency noted was no written coliform sampling plan. The recommendations were to secure well head "doghouse", and install fence around well and reservoir. - mb (11/14/08) Survey note: Chemical sampling schedule for new south redmond heights well reflects monitoring reductions granted based on historical water quality data from old well at same location.
