The deficiencies noted are as follows:

Treatment Deficiencies
1. Make turbidity profiles quarterly.
2. Measure settled water turbidity at least daily from the Trident Microfloc upflow adsorption clarifiers.
3. Calibrate feed pumps at least annually.
4. Calibrate turbidimeters at least quarterly.

Management & Operations Deficiencies
5. Develop written standard operating procedures (SOP) for all processes at the plant.
6. Water System Operations Manual required.
7. Emergency Response Plan required.
