  Comments:
1. Well head seal needs to be made watertight (pump cable leaves open annular space). 2. Coliform sampling plan was prepared with Brenda during the visit. 3. Emergency response plan to be prepared. 4. O&M Manual to be prepared. 5. Plan Review should be initiated for existing new well. (Recommended abandoning old well and locating neighbor's septic drainfield.)
