  Comments:
The deficiencies noted are as follows: 1. The 5th & Maple Well does not meet the setback requirement for sewer lines. 3rd&Cedar and 5th&Maple Wells do not have raw water sample taps - cl2 injected directly into wells. 2. Switch from gas chlorine to liquid did not go through Plan Review. No Master Plan (in process).
