| Comments: The deficiencies noted are as follows: 1. Well construction - the block containment around the well head needs re-mortared to prevent the entry of vectors through existing gaps. 2. Monitoring - Overdue on VOC and SOC testing. System should also pull Arsenic test every 9 years and since they are chlorinating for residual maintenance. Coliform sample taken on raw water to assure source water is negative. This site visit has not been entered into the deficiency database. | ||||||
